Basic conditions
- Provide company, director, shareholder and share details through eCitizen and submit proposed names for review. BRS FAQs require directors and shareholders to be on iTax. Confirm foreign applicants’ identity and tax-registration route individually; full director and residency rules are not verified.
Required documents
- The fee schedule lists CR1, CR2, CR8 and a Statement of Nominal Capital. The official foreign-applicant procedure requires directors’ passport biodata copies and photos. Download, sign and upload system-generated forms; confirm authentication, tax numbers and other attachments individually.
Process
- Log in to BRS company services on eCitizen; choose private limited company and enter proposed names and details; add officers and shares; download, sign and upload generated forms; check, pay the confirmed official charges and submit; approval produces a certificate of incorporation.
Official processing time and starting conditions
BRS lists 3–5 days for a private limited company but does not specify business versus calendar days or the starting event. This is only a reference, not an overall commitment. Corrections, name review, tax registration and licences are not assumed included.

- Use BRS maintenance services for annual returns and beneficial ownership information; the official compliance notice identifies both duties. Specific legal deadlines, tax returns, accounting and local licences still need verification; inactivity is not treated as an exemption.
Information still to be completed or verified
- Official fee sources conflict, so no amount is published; unknown does not mean free. Director residency and full eligibility, timing start and day basis, annual-return deadlines, tax, licences and foreign-document authentication remain unverified.
Service scope
Registered office, registered agent and company secretary arrangements depend on the destination, entity type and actual business activities. Not every service applies in every country.

Does incorporation guarantee a bank account or approval?
No. Company formation, regulated activities and bank applications have separate eligibility and review requirements.
