This is the number of country and territory entries, not independent company registration jurisdictions. It does not mean all policies, service eligibility or information have been verified. “Basic information compiled” means only that some basic details have been gathered. Check each source, condition and review date.

These are government and official authority fee references for the stated circumstances, not the complete cost. They exclude our service fees and unlisted third-party costs. A full plan follows a review of your needs.

Service scope

Review entity options, shareholder and management requirements, then coordinate formation documents and official registration.

Original general planning guidance; not destination-specific legal, tax or licensing advice.

Basic conditions

  • An LTD may have one or more members, an Irish registered office, at least one director and a secretary. A sole director must have a different secretary. At least one EEA-resident director is generally required; otherwise a prescribed section 137 bond or statutory exemption applies. The bond face value is not its purchase price.

Required documents

  • Submit Form A1 and the single-document LTD constitution. Prepare name, registered office, director and secretary details and consents, subscribers and shares, principal activity and NACE code. Identity verification and overseas documents need applicant-specific review.

Process

  • Confirm name, officers and registered office; sign the constitution and consents; submit A1 and the constitution on CORE and pay the official fee. CRO checks the filing; corrections rejoin the queue by resubmission date. A compliant application receives a certificate of incorporation.
